Congratulations! Tell our audience about your latest achievement, which is the reason why you won this month’s Outstanding Agent Award for Dubai.
This month has been very busy considering it has been summer, which is thought to be quiet. I have closed five villa sales, equalling approximately AED 13,000,000 in sales. Each deal came with its own interesting challenge, especially as Dubai Hills Estate is now handing over, the process is changing from off-plan to a completed status which makes transfers a little tricky.
Whilst being extremely busy closing all of the sales, I also moved from my own home with just two weeks’ notice to accommodate the seller, so he was able to sell.
I believe I won this month’s Outstanding Agent award not solely because of the amount of commission I generated this month, but because of the consistency I have had throughout the whole year, I believe it is important to recognise brokers who are consistent and generate great results month in and month out.

1. I know the areas I specialise in inside out, and it is fundamental for any seller or buyer in the market to work with a true community specialist. I have been working in Dubai Real Estate for seven years; my knowledge, experience and expertise in the market will ensure that you have a great experience during your property transaction.
2. I believe consistency sets me apart from a lot of agents and ensures that I continuously give a great service to all my clients. When looking for an agent to work with, always look for one of the best in the area, and the most proactive.
3. I love property and what I do, to me it is a real passion and so much more than a job. When you really love what you do, it comes across in so many different ways and makes you stand out.
What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market or are struggling to close their deals?
My one piece of advice to any new agents in the market or agents struggling to close sales would be to ignore all negativity, which unfortunately is currently common in the market. There are many serious buyers and sellers and a huge number of transactions are taking place. If you are positive, passionate and hardworking you can close as many deals as you wish.

Winning the Outstanding Agent award means a lot to me, it is very humbling to be recognised for all of my efforts and hard work that I put in every month. I would recommend to any agents that feel they have had great results or feel they are deserving to enter, not only to be recognised for their efforts, but also to benefit from the amazing exposure to many buyers and sellers.
